Chelsea Carpenter is a Sport, Performance, and General Psychologist who uses a warm and collaborative approach and has a passion for helping her clients reach their full potential in all areas of life. Chelsea has worked with athletes, coaches, and organisations across multiple sports and has worked within the performing arts industry with ballet, musical theatre, and acting. Chelsea has also worked with adolescents and adults who experience mental health-related concerns including anxiety and depression, and can help clients manage their overall wellbeing. Chelsea’s practice is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology depending on her client’s needs. When she is not working Chelsea enjoys exploring new places and planning her future travel adventures, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
