How I work
I work from a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming framework, using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT for insomnia (CBT-I), relaxation strategies, and motivational interviewing. My approach is collaborative and practical, with a focus on building tools that are realistic, personalised, and sustainable, while also supporting clients to deepen self-understanding and strengthen confidence over time.
A little about me
I am a psychologist in the early stages of my career, and I’m passionate about creating a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where people feel safe to explore what they’re going through. I place a strong emphasis on supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and building accessible, responsive care that meets people where they are.
