How I work
I take a practical and supportive approach, focusing on helping you build skills and confidence over time. I draw mainly on CBT and ACT, alongside motivational interviewing and narrative approaches. Together, we work to understand what’s going on and find strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
A little about me
I’m a psychologist with many years of experience across education, justice and disability settings. I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths and build a stronger sense of self. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new restaurants and watching a good AFL game.
