How I work
I work from a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming foundation, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and context. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, as well as coaching and group-based approaches where appropriate. My focus is on creating a practical, collaborative space that supports both symptom relief and longer-term personal and professional growth.
A little about me
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Clinic Manager with experience across private practice, hospitals, non-profits, military, and workplace settings. I’m passionate about supporting people through complex challenges in a way that is structured, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with long walks and jogging, spending time with my partner, cooking, and catching up with friends.
