How I work
I provide a calm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients feel supported and understood. I take a collaborative, client-centred approach, working alongside clients to build insight, confidence, and practical strategies for change.
I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and supportive counselling. In performance settings, I also adopt a strengths-based approach to help athletes optimise readiness, build resilience, and develop a growth mindset.
A little about me
I am passionate about supporting people to better understand themselves and reach their potential, whether in daily life or high-performance environments. I have a strong interest in neurodiversity and enjoy tailoring support to individual needs, particularly when working with ADHD and ASD clients under pressure.
I have experience working in school sports programs and competitive sporting environments including VFL and Premier cricket, and enjoy helping athletes grow both personally and in performance contexts.
