How I work
I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, helping people build on their existing capabilities while developing practical strategies for change. I work flexibly to meet each client’s needs, drawing from evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and pluralistic psychotherapy approaches.
I have experience providing both short-term and longer-term therapy, as well as group education and reflective practice. My aim is to create a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and move towards meaningful and sustainable change.
A little about me
I’m trained in Community Psychology and have worked across community, forensic, sporting, and mental health settings. Much of my work has focused on supporting adolescents, young adults, and professionals through periods of change, challenge, and growth.
Alongside clinical work, I’m passionate about supervision, reflective practice, and supporting the wellbeing of people working in demanding professional environments. Outside of work, I enjoy staying connected to sport, community, and spending time with family and friends.
