Who I work with
I support adults through pivotal life transitions, with a focus on mental health for migrants and CALD communities, men, and professionals operating in high-demand environments. Many of the people I work with are working through shifts in identity and relationships, adapting to new cultures, or navigating workplace expectations. Having worked extensively across corporate, healthcare, and public sector settings, I provide an inclusive, culturally responsive space for adults—including LGBTQIA+ individuals—who are ready to regain clarity and direction.
What people come to see me for
- Anxiety & Mood: Anxiety, panic, persistent worry, low mood, or unresolved grief that affects daily life and relationships.
-
Cultural Adjustment & Migration Strain: Navigating life in a new culture, feeling disconnected from home, balancing dual identities, or adjusting to life major shifts.
-
Men’s Mental Health & Identity: Overcoming emotional isolation, managing relationships, breaking through societal expectations, sleep difficulties and wellbeing.
- Workplace Stress & Burnout: Managing career pivots, performance anxiety, boundary fatigue, work challenges, burnout and work-life imbalance.
-
Trauma: PTSD and adjustment following difficult life events or experiences.
- Addiction, substance use, behavioural addictions, and compulsive behaviours
How I work
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), schema therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and trauma-informed practice. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
