How I work
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal therapy, schema therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, EMDR, and trauma-informed practice. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build practical skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
A little about me
I’m a mid-career psychologist with a strong interest in supporting people across all aspects of mental health and wellbeing. Alongside individual therapy, I have experience in peer supervision and workplace consulting, and I’m passionate about helping people thrive both personally and professionally. My areas of particular interest include men’s mental health, cultural identity and adjustment, workplace wellbeing, leadership development, relationships, and supporting people to live in line with their values.
