If you are a new client, please scroll to the New Client section below.
The Mind Room online appointment portal is only for current clients seeing their current treating psychologist. If you are considering changing to a new psychologist or are returning to The Mind Room after a prolonged break from treatment, please call us directly on 03 9495 6261.
In response to Covid-19 some of our clinicians are only offering online appointments. As a result we may be unable to offer you a face to face appointment at this stage. If you do attend an in-person consultation, you will be asked to show your vaccination certificate to our Front of House team on arrival.
Please note that additional telehealth availability is accessible by selecting ‘The Mind Room Virtual’ clinic option in our booking portal. Otherwise please call our FOH team on 03 9495 6261 for details on when your clinician will be back at Wellington St, Collingwood.
Thank you for contacting us regarding our psychology services.
If you are a new client, please enter your details in the waitlist form below and a member from our intake team will be in contact with you. We continue to do our utmost to meet the demand for our services. However, due to current demands, appointment bookings can take up to 10 weeks and we suggest you look for additional psychology services during this time.
Please note, if your workplace has an Employee Assistance Program already in place with us, or if you are seeking a sport, performance or coaching referral you do not need to enter your details in the waitlist form. If you meet this criteria, please contact our Front of House team via hello@themindroom.com.au or via 03 9495 6261.
