How I work
I take a warm, collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop practical skills and work towards meaningful change. My practice draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), interpersonal, psychodynamic and schema therapies. I also work from trauma-informed and neuroaffirming frameworks, tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs, goals and strengths.
A little about me

Alongside therapy, I have an interest in educational and neurodevelopmental assessments, including ADHD, dyslexia, learning differences and cognitive assessments.
