How I work
I take a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy, helping people develop practical skills, gain insight, and make meaningful changes that align with what matters most to them.
My work draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
A little about me
I have training in both Clinical and Forensic Psychology and have worked across hospital, community, and mental health settings. Alongside my work at The Mind Room, I am involved in research and undergraduate psychology teaching, with interests in anxiety, trauma, wellbeing, and performance psychology.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me running, training, and competing in endurance events. I enjoy travelling, discovering great coffee and food, and spending time with family, friends, and my dogs.
