How I work
I work from an evidence-based foundation drawing on wellbeing science, positive psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients connect with what matters most to them, while also building skills to manage unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I also have a strong interest in wellbeing design and integrating creative, real-world approaches that extend beyond traditional therapy.
A little about me
I am a clinical and coaching psychologist with a PhD in wellbeing science. I’m based in nipaluna/Hobart and regularly travel to Melbourne to connect with culture and creativity, spend time with my nieces, and continue my work. I’m passionate about exploring how people can live and work in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable.
