How I work
I take a practical and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your needs and goals. I draw on evidence-based methods including CBT, ACT, schema therapy, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. I aim to help you better understand your patterns, build useful skills, and find strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.
A little about me
I’m a mid-career clinician with experience working across mental health, workplace and community settings. I’m passionate about supporting people through change and helping them build resilience in both their personal and professional lives. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and finding ways to switch off and recharge.
