I work with young adults, adults and couples from a range of backgrounds. This includes people from LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, as well as employees navigating workplace stress. I support individuals and couples wanting to improve their relationships, wellbeing and sense of direction.

How I work
I bring a warm, compassionate and playful approach to therapy. I aim to create a safe and accepting space where we can connect authentically and you can feel understood. I use an integrative approach, drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, interpersonal and psychodynamic therapies, as well as mindfulness and solution-focused work. I tailor therapy to help you understand patterns, explore barriers, and move towards meaningful change.

I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves and their relationships. I enjoy supporting clients to uncover what matters most to them and build more fulfilling lives. Outside of work, I love being outdoors and dancing whenever I get the chance.
