How I work
I take an empathetic, practical, and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique goals, values, and circumstances. I believe that meaningful change happens when therapy is responsive to the individual and focused on what matters most to them.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based therapies, and Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT). I work closely with clients to develop practical strategies that support both psychological wellbeing and overall quality of life.
A little about me
I’m a Health Psychologist with a particular interest in the relationship between physical and mental health. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with people facing a wide range of challenges, including chronic pain, acute and long-term health conditions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and eating-related concerns.
I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths and values, and build sustainable ways of managing life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward in ways that are meaningful to them.
