I work with young adults and adults, including individuals from LGBTQIA+ communities, immigrants, and professionals accessing EAP or allied health support. I also offer therapy in Spanish to ensure language is not a barrier to care.

How I work
I provide a safe, welcoming, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I take a flexible, client-centred approach and draw on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also integrate a strengths-based and meaning-focused perspective to support clients in making practical and sustainable changes.

I’m passionate about supporting people through both everyday challenges and deeper life transitions, and helping them feel more connected to themselves and others. I value creating a space where people feel safe to explore, reflect, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
