Who I work with
I work with adults and young adults seeking assistance to navigate life challenges and uncertainty. These can include past and present stress and trauma, emotional difficulties, negative thinking, and relational and attachment issues. How I work
I bring a calm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and work towards lasting positive change. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and a more meaningful and empowered sense of self.
A little about me
I’m a Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting people across clinical, community, and organisational settings. I’m curious, non-judgmental, and interested in understanding people in context. I value creating honest and genuine connections, helping clients understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create a sense of valued living.
In my spare time I enjoy connecting with friends, family, and nature.
