How I work
I take a compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy, creating a safe environment where clients can explore challenges, build practical skills and work towards meaningful goals. My work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness-based approaches. I also integrate psychological skills training and sport performance coaching to help clients strengthen confidence, resilience and performance both in sport and everyday life.
A little about me
I’m a psychologist and Sport and Exercise Psychology Registrar with a passion for helping people thrive both personally and professionally. As an elite AFL athlete, I understand the psychological demands of high-performance environments and enjoy supporting athletes to perform at their best while maintaining their wellbeing. Alongside my work in sport, I enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges, build confidence and create lasting positive change.
