With a decade of experience in medical clinic operations, people management, and patient services, she is committed to delivering exceptional customer care while ensuring efficient and seamless practice management.

Outside work, Nicole enjoys quality time with her animals and unwinding with long walks in nature.

Bridie is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and brings her love of people to her position as the Operations Lead. Bridie has a wealth of health administration knowledge, and she and the team are ready to answer your questions.

When she's not at work, she loves to go for long nature walks or rewatch her favourite films.

With a background in administration within mental health organizations, Stef is committed to fostering a calm and supportive environment. She approaches every interaction with empathy and care, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need.

Outside of work, Stef is an avid reader and enjoys watching films, always seeking new ways to enrich her perspective and unwind.

Andrew has experience in administration and support across various mental health organisations, both in the private and public sectors. He is motivated to help people access the support they need, when they need it.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys working on his arts projects, reading, and cooking for his friends.

Reuben is a passionate and dedicated Intake team member with a diligent eye for creating the perfect clinician match up for our new clients.

When he's not at work or University or you’ll find him bingeing a TV show or playing/watching football.

Terryn is a friendly and self-motivated professional with a passion for providing excellent administrative support in health care environments. Focused on meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders, Terryn excels at building positive relationships and working collaboratively. Bringing experience in customer service, administration, and office management, Terryn is always eager to learn and contribute to team success.

Outside of work Terryn enjoys spending time with her animals and reading.

Steven Whittington is the Head of Operations, bringing extensive experience in health tech and operational management. With a strong background in digital health and strategic planning, his expertise in developing innovative solutions and optimising clinical and operational processes ensures that The Mind Room continues to deliver exceptional care and support to clients and practitioners.

Steven enjoys staying active with his two dogs, Paddy and Teddy (brothers) and loves playing badminton or mahjong when he is not at the cinema.

Stephanie has a passion for fostering fair and inclusive work environments and is driven by the joy of helping small businesses stabilise and scale, empowering organisations for growth.

When not leading the people and culture aspects at The Mind Room she can be found with her hands in the dirt working in her large veggie garden, tending the bees or the chooks, or out enjoying the beauty of the natural world along the Yarra River.

Anna brings a rich background in marketing across digital, retail, and service-based businesses, both large and small, blending strategic thinking in brand development with a flair for creative production and a passion for human-centred storytelling.

Originally from the Peak District in the UK, Anna has called Naarm (Melbourne) home for almost 20 years. She is a qualified yoga teacher and a tea aficionado, passionate about the rituals and rhythms that support mental wellbeing and connection.

Anna's professional journey is marked by a commitment to inclusive leadership and a belief in the power of diverse perspectives.

Stephen is the company Finance Manager and has a broad financial background in accounting and company business. He is passionate about mental health and seeing everyone achieve their personal goals in life.

Stephen has a sporting background including hockey, cricket and athletics. Nowadays, he can be found on the golf courses or doing home renovations.

Phoebe has a background in education technology and is studying a Bachelor of Business. With her passion for business and wellbeing, she is driven to make an impact in the mental health space at The Mind Room.

Outside of work, you can catch Phoebe baking a cake, lifting weights at the gym, and listening to Jay Shetty’s podcast on her daily commute.

Luke has had many roles within the business and is now Partnerships Manager, looking after relationships with our business clients. He is a whizz with all things financial and has a not-so-secret creative side that makes our days a little brighter.
