Bridie is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and brings her love of people to her position as the Operations Lead and Acting Operations Manager. Bridie has a wealth of health administration knowledge, and she and her team are ready to answer your questions.

When she's not at work, she loves to go for long nature walks or rewatch her favourite films.

Oliver was raised in the customer service industry, with a deep appreciation for a good cup of coffee and taking care of people. He has a background in allied health and is taking a break before commencing his Masters in Psychology. 

When he’s not at the Mind Room Oliver enjoys playing music and board games.

Leni has come to The Mind Room from a background in customer service, food and wine and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychology. Leni brings a passion for connecting with people to her position on the front desk and is always happy to assist our lovely clientele.

When she’s not at work or school you can find her with her head in a book or cooking up a storm.

Andrew has experience in administration and support across various mental health organisations, both in the private and public sectors. He is motivated to help people access the support they need, when they need it.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys working on his arts projects, reading, and cooking for his friends.

Terryn is a friendly and self-motivated professional with a passion for providing excellent administrative support in health care environments. Focused on meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders, Terryn excels at building positive relationships and working collaboratively. Bringing experience in customer service, administration, and office management, Terryn is always eager to learn and contribute to team success.

Outside of work Terryn enjoys spending time with her animals and reading.

Melissa is a kind and passionate soul who loves to help in any way that she can. Whether it's being a friendly face to greet you or a compassionate ear, Melissa will make you feel welcome and cared for at The Mind Room.

With a background in youth counselling, Fabian has come to The Mind Room to coordinate our intake team. He is dedicated to guiding our new clients to begin their mental health and wellbeing journey with us. Fabian's kind and empathic nature aims to make our clients comfortable while finding the best match for them within our clinical team.

When he's not at work, Fabian enjoys spending time with his pride and joy (his car!) as well as quality time with his family.

Reuben is a passionate and dedicated Intake team member with a diligent eye for creating the perfect clinician match up for our new clients.

When he's not at work or University or you’ll find him bingeing a TV show or playing/watching football.

Steven Whittington is the Head of Operations, bringing extensive experience in health tech and operational management. With a strong background in digital health and strategic planning, his expertise in developing innovative solutions and optimising clinical and operational processes ensures that The Mind Room continues to deliver exceptional care and support to clients and practitioners.

Steven enjoys staying active with his two dogs, Paddy and Teddy (brothers) and loves playing badminton or mahjong when he is not at the cinema.

Stephanie has a passion for fostering fair and inclusive work environments and is driven by the joy of helping small businesses stabilise and scale, empowering organisations for growth.

When not leading the people and culture aspects at The Mind Room she can be found with her hands in the dirt working in her large veggie garden, tending the bees or the chooks, or out enjoying the beauty of the natural world along the Yarra River.

Luke has had many roles within the business and is now Partnerships Manager, looking after relationships with our business clients. He is a whizz with all things financial and has a not-so-secret creative side that makes our days a little brighter.

Stephen is the company Finance Manager and has a broad financial background in accounting and company business. He is passionate about mental health and seeing everyone achieve their personal goals in life.

Stephen has a sporting background including hockey, cricket and athletics. Nowadays, he can be found on the golf courses or doing home renovations.

Phoebe has a background in education technology and is studying a Bachelor of Business. With her passion for business and wellbeing, she is driven to make an impact in the mental health space at The Mind Room.

Outside of work, you can catch Phoebe baking a cake, lifting weights at the gym, and listening to Jay Shetty’s podcast on her daily commute.
