Nav is a skilled and compassionate clinical psychologist with extensive experience. Nav is passionate about working with individual adult clients to promote their well-being, helping them to develop the tools to effectively manage challenges and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others. Nav aims to develop a rich and fulfilling therapeutic space with his clients and has a particular focus on helping his clients to create meaningful change and growth. Nav is a flexible and attentive therapist, who uses an integrative approach. He draws on a range of evidence-based therapies to support his clients. These include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based Approaches. Outside of work, Nav is a self-proclaimed sports enthusiast and foodie. He also loves travelling around exploring Victoria, whether it’s discovering new hiking spots, or driving on country roads.
