Michael Sepe

Michael is a psychologist who works with clients experiencing moderate to more complex mental health challenges. He has an interest in working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) clients. He uses a range of evidence-based therapies, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions, and tailors his treatment to the needs of each individual client.
Michael has a warm and welcoming nature and seeks to create a climate of safety and connection for his clients to support the improvement of their mental health and achievement of their therapeutic goals. He is committed to his ongoing professional development and prides himself on applying his learning within the therapy room.
Outside of The Mind Room, Michael enjoys board games and spending his time with friends at the football.
