Jo is a psychologist who works with Adolescents, Young People and Adults, and is passionate about supporting people to achieve their own mental health and recovery goals. She works anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace and relationship issues, mediation and difficulties with substance use. She is trained in a variety of different evidence-based therapy types such as CBT and Trauma-focussed CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy and EMDR. Outside of work, Jo loves all things dance, food, music and craft-related. She confesses about being a little too enthusiastic about research showing the mental health benefits of dance, knitting and crochet.
