Stephanie Srbinovska
Stephanie is a psychologist passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and empowering them to achieve their personal and recovery goals. She has worked with clients across the lifespan experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief and workplace issues.
Stephanie focuses on supporting people to develop the skills they need to navigate their challenges, drawing upon a range of evidence-based approaches including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys taking her dog for walks along the beach, spending time with her family and practicing her passion to cook new and exciting foods.
