Sharon Kirschner
Sharon works with individuals and couples supporting them to live a more connected and meaningful life. She takes a holistic and person-centered approach and focuses on supporting clients to develop the skills they need to navigate life challenges and opportunities. Sharon has extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment and transition difficulties, relationship and family issues.
Sharon’s work with couples focuses on improving communication, resolving conflict and deepening their relationship. She has a warm and genuine nature, providing a comfortable and safe environment within which clients can explore their deeper issues and challenges.
Sharon incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance (MBEB), Drama Therapy and Couples Therapy (Gottman Level 1,2 & 3).
In her spare time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her three kids, drinking great coffee and going to the theatre.
