Sarah Fitt
Sarah is a psychologist who strives to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for individuals to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Sarah has experience working with clients in public health, community, and school settings. Areas of interest include, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, chronic pain, and women’s health. Sarah utilises a holistic and collaborative approach with her clients drawing on components from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behaviour therapy and mindfulness.
