Ravi Lulla

Ravi is a clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in mental health, having worked across a diverse range of settings including medical and counselling and centres, Australian universities, and community health organisations.
Ravi has supported clients facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress related to work or study, life transitions, relationship building, and overall well-being improvement. He is dedicated to fostering resilience, well-being, and personal growth through a compassionate, empathetic approach that emphasises strengthening relationship and communication skills.
Ravi adopts an inclusive, collaborative, and cross-cultural perspective, ensuring a client centred, supportive, and safe therapeutic space. He is committed to trauma-informed care, focusing on reflection and skill-building to help clients find clarity, meaning, and empowerment in their journey.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches, Ravi integrates therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Brief Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as mindfulness and somatic grounding techniques, to provide comprehensive support tailored to each individual’s needs.
