Mikaela Kumanovska

Mikaela is a registered psychologist completing her Doctor of Psychology in both Clinical and Sport & Exercise Psychology. She brings a warm, collaborative, and goal-focused approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
Mikaela is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential, whether that means managing anxiety, navigating life transitions, or unlocking peak performance. She works with high performers, athletes, and professionals under pressure, supporting them to build self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable wellbeing.
With experience across a range of sporting environments, including AFL, football, and basketball, and as an athlete herself, Mikaela understands the demands of high performance from the inside out. She brings a deep appreciation for the discipline, values, and identity-shaping nature of sport, and creates a space where clients can explore both personal and performance goals with clarity and purpose.
