Michelle Li
Michelle is a provisional psychologist currently completing her Masters of Professional Psychology at the University of Melbourne. At the same time she is furthering her passion as a yoga and breath work teacher, using mindfulness-based strategies for holistic wellbeing.
Michelle is wholeheartedly committed to supporting clients with an integrative approach, collaboratively exploring the root causes of ill-health rather than simply treating the symptoms of mental, emotional and physical imbalance. She is committed to creating safe spaces for people to reclaim their wellbeing and reconnect with their innate wisdom through mind-body modalities.
Michelle’s style is professional, light-hearted, curious, and always compassionate. Her love for the combination of contemporary sciences, ancient wisdom, community, and connection is felt in her presence.
Michelle is a major tea addict, fitness enthusiast, and board game nut (Guess Who, anyone?). She’s a passionate home cook, channels some serious wholesome grandma energy, while also loving spending time with friends and basking in the great outdoors.
