Lee Marshall

Lee is a general psychologist and a sport and exercise psychology registrar. Lee has experience working with clients across the lifespan and aims to provide a safe, calm, comfortable environment where clients can feel genuine care and free from judgement. He emphasises collaboration with clients to empower them to overcome challenges with mental health.
In the performance context, Lee has experience in a high school specialised sports program, VFL, and Premier cricket. He has worked with athletes at different ages and skill levels and is passionate about helping athletes identify and address improvement areas, but also takes a strength based approach to optimise performance readiness, aiming to enhance confidence and the growth mindset of athletes.
Lee has an interest in neurodiversity, and has experience working with ADHD and ASD clients to provide tailored support for their unique needs in situations where they are under pressure. Taking an evidence-based, client-centred approach to psychological services, Lee leans on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and supportive counselling to achieve positive outcomes with his clients.
