Katy Blias

Katy assists clients across all stages in life in navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, grief and loss, school-related difficulties, bullying, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Her approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Katy integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her practice.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys keeping active—she recently took up surfing, which has been interesting to say the least! She also loves a good book and spending quality time connecting with family and friends.
