Katy Blias

Katy is a compassionate, client-centered psychologist whose therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. She is dedicated to helping clients make meaningful changes in their lives. Katy works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults.
She helps clients with life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, grief and loss, school-related difficulties, bullying, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Katy adopts a flexible approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to suit each client’s unique needs. She also has training and experience in ADHD assessment and diagnosis in adults.
Outside of her professional life, Katy enjoys staying active –she’s recently taken up surfing, which has been quite the adventure– reading, and connecting with family and friends.
