Justyn Burrows

Justyn is a registered psychologist who takes a relationship-first approach to therapy. He believes that change is most possible when clients feel genuinely seen and supported, and brings his full attention and commitment with a warm, honest, and no-nonsense style. His goal is to create a therapeutic space where people feel both safe and challenged, comfortable to come as they are, and encouraged to grow. He believes in fostering hope and encouraging clients to reconnect with their strengths, values, and goals. His ultimate aim is to support people in creating lives that feel meaningful and worth living.
Justyn works with proven therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I). He has a particular interest in supporting people through trauma, difficulties with emotions, and relationship challenges. Having worked with a wide range of clients across different stages of life, he adapts his approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
