Jessica Ash
Jess is a psychologist who takes an empathetic, non-judgmental approach and believes in working collaboratively with clients to improve wellbeing. Jess has experience working across the lifespan in community health and private settings. Areas of interest include adjustment, chronic illness, perinatal and infant mental health, trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, parenting challenges and relationship difficulties. Jess has experience implementing evidence- based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and EMDR.
