Jesse Jasper
Jesse is a Clinical Psychologist with a relaxed, collaborative approach to therapy. He has experience working with a broad range of challenges from difficulties with life transition to severe mental illness. Jesse has a strong background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and uses this as a foundation to tailor the right therapeutic approach to each individual he works with, using elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Narrative Therapy. Jesse has considerable experience working with children, adolescents, and families. He works with clients to think about how life development and history contribute to difficult patterns in their lives. Jesse has an interest in working with people who experience depression, anxiety, difficult patterns in relationships, family issues, and challenges with life transitions.
