How I work
I bring a calm, steady presence to the room. My approach is practical and person-centred, drawing on CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, schema work and EMDR. We work together to understand patterns, build insight and develop strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
A little about me
I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience across community, emergency and inpatient mental health settings. I care about creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself, without judgement. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with friends and getting outdoors whenever I can.
