Greta Bradman
Greta’s clinical focus is supporting anxiety in all forms, as well as navigating change and decision-making, with adults of all ages. Currently, she is also offering additional consults specifically for younger (under ~30 yo) performing artists – musicians, comedians, dancers, singers – to support performance-related anxiety. Therapeutically, Greta uses ACT, mindfulness, CBT, metacognitive therapy, and techniques from DBT and Schema Therapy.
Greta has worked with founders, leaders, and innovators from high-pressure environments, including the performing arts, media, tech startup/scale-up, venture capital, and professional services. She has an interest in supporting professional women with autism to navigate work and life. Greta is currently completing her first book with Harper Collins Publishers – a deep dive into human values – for 2025 release.
Greta is an ABC broadcaster and an award-winning performing and recording artist (Sony, Universal). Based in Naarm/Melbourne with her teen children, other half, and several furry and scaly family members.
