Emilia Boehm
Emilia is an experienced clinical psychologist who understands that safety and trust are the bedrock of therapeutic change. Emilia works collaboratively with clients to create safe therapeutic relationships and shared understandings of their inner world and relational patterns.
Emilia works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, chronic stress, difficulties in relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma (including complex and relational trauma).
Emilia understands that therapy is not only about symptom-reduction, but is an opportunity for growth, insight and meaning-making. She has worked in community and public mental health settings for over a decade, and draws on a range of therapeutic modalities in her work, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, ACT, narrative therapies and EMDR.
