Dr Sarah Herniman
Sarah is a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate psychologist, who has extensive experience working with a range of difficulties including severe mental illness. She supports adolescents and adults experiencing depression, mood swings, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychosis, and trauma.
She is passionate about helping people make sense of their difficulties, and develop the skills and confidence needed to take their life in a direction that matters most to them. To do this, she draws upon a range of evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
Outside of work, Sarah loves nothing more than walking her dog with a strong coffee in hand.
