How I work
I offer a calm and grounded space where you can speak openly, even about things that feel complicated or hard to put into words. Therapy is collaborative and moves at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we work to understand patterns that may have developed over time and find practical, sustainable ways forward.
A little about me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across private practice, university counselling, residential treatment and crisis centre settings. I take an integrative approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies and tailoring support to each person I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching films, cooking, travelling and scuba diving.
