Employment Type: Part-time (3-4 days per week)
Salary: Award based salary under Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027] ‘Support Services Employee’ Level 9 and above, award based on experience, with additional support for professional development.

Since 2012, we have delivered individual and couple therapy, coaching, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), training, and consultancy services. The Role
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing our marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, engage clients, and drive business growth, all while aligning with The Mind Room’s vision and values.
As a hands-on position, the Marketing Manager will oversee the brand website, digital campaigns, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all marketing strategies are effectively executed to meet both client and business goals.
You’ll focus on three key areas: individual psychology services (B2C) through The Mind Room Clinic, workplace services (B2B) with the Partnerships team, and performance services (B2B) through the Sport and Performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing oversight: Develop and oversee a forward-thinking marketing strategy aligned with the organisation’s vision and goals; adaptable to business needs, audience and market trends.
- Brand: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and tone of voice to reflect the organisation’s values, vision, and target audience.
- Digital channels, website and socials: Oversee our digital platform and channels, implement campaigns that drive engagement and an uplift in sales across the business.
- Campaign and content strategy: Develop and execute campaign and content strategy across all channels, including website, linkedin, instagram, EDMs, etc.
- Relationship Management: Proactively create, develop and maintain internal team and external stakeholder relationships (e.g. clients, industry collaborations, agencies, media etc.).
- Learning, Growing and Contributing: Be a connected and contributing member of the Mind Room community.
About You
We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on marketing manager. Your marketing knowledge and strategic vision will help shape our operations while making a tangible difference in the lives of our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in:
- Marketing and communications, including at least 4 years in leadership roles.
- Developing a forward-thinking marketing strategy aligned with organisational goals and available resources.
- Driving engagement and sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing digital channels, optimising content for SEO, and executing marketing strategies, including managing external agencies or contractors.
- Creative skills to develop content in various forms, such as visuals, videos, blogs, podcasts, etc.
- Developing and executing content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Executing brand strategies and maintaining quality and consistency across touch points.
