I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds and have a special interest in supporting Māori, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as well as anyone seeking culturally responsive care. I also frequently help academics, health professionals, and people in demanding environments who want to reconnect with what matters most to them.

I provide a compassionate, culturally safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences. We will look at your whole life—including your culture, work, and community—rather than just focusing on symptoms. Together, we will draw on your existing strengths to build insight and find practical ways forward for healing and lasting change.
