How I work
I aim to create a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and working towards meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and positive psychology-informed practice. My approach is flexible and client-centred, supporting people to build resilience, confidence, and greater psychological flexibility.
A little about me
I’m a psychologist, currently undertaking the Clinical Registrar Program. I’m passionate about supporting people to create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.
I have experience working across hospitals and community settings, including headspace and Eating Disorders Victoria, where I’ve delivered both individual and group therapy. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve consulted across workplaces and the education sector, developing wellbeing programs and delivering psychoeducation focused on mental health, leadership, and capability development.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting out for a run, sharing meals with family and friends, and planning a weekend away.
