Noah Ariel
Noah is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker committed to supporting clients to build resilient and connected lives. He creates space for clients who are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed to explore their thoughts, emotions and behaviours with empathetic evidence-based care.
Noah offers an inclusive, affirming and safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. He provides guidance to discuss relationships in ways that are sensitive to sexuality and gender identity alongside a deep awareness of underlying attachment and communication patterns.
Noah draws on over a decade’s experience at Headspace working with adolescents and their parents to rebuild trust, repair relationships and help families renew and maintain respectful boundaries. Noah aims to equip clients with effective tools and practices that create meaningful change.
Noah’s practice draws on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These approaches all come together to prioritise wholistic, attachment oriented, client-centred therapy.
