Committed to fostering positive mental health outcomes, Arthur delivers personalised and effective psychological support with a compassionate and client-focused approach to therapy. His practice emphasises individual safety and empowerment within therapy sessions, practical interventions, and acknowledgment of each individual’s unique experiences.
Arthur has expertise across a broad spectrum of psychological concerns particularly within neurodiverse, CALD, and LGBTIQA+ communities. He is an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider.
Arthur maintains interest in the areas of cognitive psychology (memory, perception, language) and affective neuroscience (emotions, social behaviours, psychosomatics), ensuring a comprehensive approach to psychological wellbeing. He draws on third-wave cognitive-behavioual therapies such as ACT, DBT and EFT, as well as psychodynamic-interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT).
Arthur is an enthusiastic advocate for community mental health, including destigmatisation and improved accessibility to mental health services, particularly within LGBTIQA+, CALD, and neurodiverse communities. During his personal time, Arthur engages in self-development pursuits, while cherishing moments spent with family, friends, and pug.
