India Watson
India is a warm and welcoming psychologist, who enjoys working with people to build awareness into their unhelpful patterns and their origins to improve wellbeing and live more meaningful lives. India has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, mood changes, difficulties with assertiveness and self-confidence, and relational difficulties. India draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, and values working collaboratively with the clients to understand and address their individual needs. Outside of work, India enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching horror movies, and doing an (average) job of restoring vintage furniture.
