Olivia Cartledge
Olivia is a psychologist who works with adolescents and adults to support mental health and performance outcomes. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan presenting with concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, and body image. Olivia also supports athletes and performers and has worked across individual, team/group, and organisational levels with a variety of sports including netball, tennis, triathlon, performing arts, athletics and e-sports. Olivia takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to working with clients, utilising evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to assist her clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. In her spare time, Olivia enjoys getting outside for a ride or run, and patting any dog she passes.
