Anna Taylor
Anna is a psychologist who is passionate about assisting adults to overcome life’s challenges, reconnect to old meaning and find new meaning in their life. Anna works with clients experiencing anxiety, mood changes, workplace stress or burnout and interpersonal problems. Anna has a particular interest in working with young adults going through change or adjustment. Anna draws on a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, to create a personalised treatment plan to help clients achieve their goals.
