The Mind Room Professional
We believe that workplaces play a critical role in helping people to live healthy, meaningful and fulfilling lives. The Mind Room Professional workshops are designed to equip your leaders and employees with the wellbeing and mental skills to be adaptable, resilient and compassionate in the face of life’s challenges.
Evidence-based, psychologically informed and delivered by experienced psychologists—our workshops are a mix of information sharing, applied skills practice, individual and group reflection. Our approach encourages critical thinking and experience sharing for a deep exploration of ideas and skills.
Delivery
All of our workshops are available virtually via Zoom or in-person and can be delivered in 60-minute or 90-minute sessions. The learning doesn’t stop there. Attendees receive a workbook full of supporting references and resources for further exploration beyond the training experience.
We recommend a maximum group size of 40 people for our workshops. We find that smaller groups lends itself well to the material and nature of our workshop topics. If you are looking to cater for a larger audience, we can provide a custom format such as a webinar, talk or keynote.
Inclusions
The workshop includes a 15-minute pre-workshop briefing with your psychologist facilitator to ensure the session is tailored to your needs.
