Mental illness affects one in five Australians and is the number one health concern for young adults. Being able to recognise the early signs of mental ill-health in ourselves and others is key to better health outcomes.

In this workshop you will learn to identify the warning signs, how to check-in on others and what action to take, including support and referral pathways. This workshop is designed to build workplace mental health literacy, reduce stigma and promote help seeking behaviour.
