Tiffany is a Clinical Psychologist who uses values to guide, motivate and inspire behavioural change; be it learning strategies to improve mood and functioning, exploring unhelpful thinking patterns, or reviewing relationship dynamics to feel more confident and empowered when dealing with others. She combines new technologies and creativity with tools from evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) such Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. EMDR is particularly useful for trauma-related presentations including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and personality disorders. Tiffany has a specific interest in mindfulness and meditation, having spent three months volunteering in a mental health setting in Sri Lanka and studying in India, learning how Eastern Modalities (such as mindfulness, meditation and yoga) can complement modern therapy methods to treat a range of mental health concerns.
