Sam Galagher

Sam is a provisional psychologist with a warm and compassionate person-centered approach. She prioritises creating a collaborative, safe space for individuals to be curious about themselves and their world, and most importantly, feel heard and understood.
Sam works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and life transitions. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness.
Outside of The Mind Room, Sam enjoys live music, making use of her (unreasonably) large board game collection, and her weekly movie club.
