Niki is a provisional psychologist completing her final year as part of the Masters of Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University. Niki aims to create a warm environment where clients feel welcomed, accepted and heard. She is passionate in supporting a person-centred approach to provide clients with a deeper insight and awareness of their mind. Niki draws from evidence-based practices such as, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in collaboration with her clients. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan with a range of clinical difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, relationship issues, phobias, emotional regulation, and body image concerns. Outside the therapy room, Niki enjoys playing sports and purchasing many indoor plants.
